Client Welcome Folders

One of the things I have been working on putting together are these amazing Client Welcome Packets. I absolutely love being able to gift my brides a little something before their wedding, but I wanted to give them a packet with information to a lot of questions that usually come up. Thanks to Designaglow, I was able to get these beautiful embossed Marketing Folders. My Client Welcome Packets are a little larger than the Vendor Marketing Folders I had featured in August and fit all the necessary things for my couples.

In here my clients will find their Signed and Printed Agreement (which I electronically have them sign through TAVE, my booking software), their payment schedule details, a Welcome Letter, an Engagement Session information card, a wedding photography guide, as well as business cards to a few of our favorite vendors that we love working with so much. They’ll also be able to find product details and information on pricing for those clients that want to purchase albums or prints after their wedding.

Once again, my information cards and prints were made through my Printing Lab that I use for all my clients’ products. The business cards were provided by ShaynaMade and the templates to all the information were from HazySkiesDesign because let’s be real, I’m a photographer and don’t have the time to sit there and come up with the perfect templates to all of my marketing. Here’s a peek inside these folders hope you all love them!

For those brides stuck between a First Look vs going the Traditional route the Wedding Photography Guide “book” allows you to read and find out why we prefer First Looks. The other side of this also has a list of some of our Featured Vendors along with their contact information.First Look vs Traditional Engagement Session 411 Card
